About Me

Who am i?

I am Shawnte Jones, PHR and SHRM-CP certified human resources professional, who holds a bachelor of arts degree in communication from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a master of science degree in human resource development from the University of Houston, along with a personal development coaching certificate from the CaPP Institute. I am also a member of the John Maxwell Team.

My experience

With over 15 years of experience in human resources, I have witnessed up close what it takes for career elevation and the rewards that go along with it, through partnering with managers in organizations, up to executive level leadership; coaching; mentoring; and my own personal experience.
